Jenna Lynn Horton
At Loaf and Lather, we’re proud to have Jenna to our team! Jenna is young, confident, and incredibly skilled, with a strong drive to learn, grow, and excel in the hairstyling industry. She brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to our salon, and we’re proud to support her as she hones her craft and develops her career.
In her own words:
Hi, I’m Jenna! I’m an apprentice hairstylist with a lifelong passion for hair and a strong desire to grow in the industry. I’ve lived in Port Colborne my whole life, and I love being part of a community that feels like home.
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to hairstyling and the way it allows me to express creativity while helping people feel their best. While I’m focused on barbering and men’s grooming, I also enjoy working with women’s hair and continuing to build my skills in both areas.
Outside of the shop, you’ll usually find me at the hockey rink or the racetrack, two places that reflect my love for energy, focus, and fun. I’m excited to keep learning, connecting, and growing in a career I truly love.
Zoe Pattihis
At Loaf and Lather, we’re thrilled to have Zoe to our team! Zoe is a dedicated and talented young barber who brings a great attitude and genuine passion for her craft to the Loaf & Lather team. She’s eager to learn, quick to pick up new skills, and committed to growing her skills while making sure every client leaves feeling their best.

My name is Zoe, and I’m proud to be part of the talented team at Loaf & Lather. For me, hair is an art form, there’s nothing better than crafting a look customized specifically to your style and routine. I love connecting with new people, continuously learning new skills, and making every visit an effortless, enjoyable experience.
Outside the shop, I spend my time curled up with a book, listening to great tunes, and spending quality time with my cat. I look forward to meeting you and having you in my chair!
Paulena Snow – Founder & Lead Stylist
As the founder of Loaf & Lather, Paulena brings over 14 years of licensed experience in hairstyling and barbering to our team. She specializes in men’s grooming, fades, shaves, coloring, and women’s haircuts, combining technical expertise with a deeply personalized approach to every client. Paulena leads our team with passion, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
